Instructions – Surety Companies

To bid on The Tracy Gateway Project your clients will need to have the ability to download the bid bond information file into an application that can forward it to your surety agent for transmission to Surety2000, and approval by your account setup.

Step One        
Send us an email to let us know you have a client interested in bidding and that you want to subscribe to Project Status Connection.

Step Two        
Sign up for Paypal www.paypal.com
(If you don’t already have an account.  You can sign up during the Bid List Sign up process)
Sign up as Personal Account for Online Shoppers

Step Three       
Sign up for Bid List Connection www.bidlistconnection.com

You will note that any of your clients that use Bid List Connection will now show up on your view as a group.  You can filter per client or work on your clients collectively confident you have their current bid schedule.

Step Five           
The bid package your client downloaded will be imported by Surety2000 and awaiting your login to process.  You are set to go for bidding.
