Instructions – Contractors

To bid on The Tracy Gateway Project you will need to have the ability to download the bid bond information file into an application that can forward it to your surety agent for transmission to Surety2000.

Step One        

Sign up for Qualification Connection and let us know about your company. This will let us know that you are interested in bidding.

Step Two        

Sign up for Paypal www.paypal.com
(If you don’t already have an account.  You can sign up during the Bid List Sign up process)
Sign up as Personal Account for Online Shoppers
