Welcome to the Tracy Gateway Connection website, where the Surety Connection Project is being explored to improve the construction process in ways that foster more opportunities for local, small and emerging contractors to participate in The Tracy Gateway Project.

To support local, small and emerging contractors and to encourage their participation in The Tracy Gateway Project we have joined with the surety community, construction trade associations, participating universities and state agencies to explore data processing along the CHICO Process.

Look over the links on our website for information on how to download project information, background on the surety based risk management system being utilized, and look over the many surety companies, trade associations and public agencies that are supporting the goals of the Surety Connection Project.

The Tracy Gateway Project (from http://www.ci.tracy.ca.us/departments/economic_development/gateway_project) Ideally located next to Interstate 205 at the City's western boundary, Tracy Gateway will become the first ever Class A Office business park in San Joaquin County, offering the Central Valley's growing population with an alternative to Bay Area-based jobs. Tracy Gateway will be a campus-style business park that provides for a well-planned work environment. The multi-story office buildings will overlook many serene views – lakes, an executive golf course, landscaping, and surrounding hills. And Tracy Gateway offers more than five miles of bike lanes and walkways, in addition to a trail and fitness course that surrounds the golf course. Services proposed for employees will include shopping, restaurants, daycare facilities, and a health club.
